When it comes to the preventative maintenance of your home, annual gutter cleaning is imperative. We provide a convenient, simple program so that our customers never have to think about their gutter cleaning again.
Once you’re signed up for the service agreement program, Ace Gutter Cleaning will schedule a professional service crew automatically for the gutter cleaning of your home or business on a regular basis. During the initial gutter cleaning, our highly trained crew leads will give you their best recommendation for the number of annual gutter cleanings. The recommendation for annual gutter cleaning is based solely on the number of tress surrounding your property and how close said trees are to the building. Upon signing the annual service agreement, we lock the price in at the original service price for your home. As a commitment of service to our customers, we do not raise the price of the service for those customers who sign up on our Annual Service Agreement Program.
You will be contacted by our office the month prior to your scheduled gutter cleaning service to remind you of your automatic scheduled gutter cleaning. A second contact is made the day or so prior to scheduling gutter cleaning service, giving the customer plenty of time to cancel or postpone the service if necessary. As long as the crews have access to the backyard, is it not necessary that the customer is present during the time of service (all gate door will be closed behind us). Our service agreement program is open to homes in all cities we currently service in the metro Atlanta area.

Ace Gutter Cleaning agrees to provide you, the customer, our Annual Whole House Gutter Cleaning service which includes blowing of debris from the roof of the house, gutters cleaned free of seasonal debris, ALL downspouts checked for clogs and functionality, seasonal downspout clogs cleared (for a nominal charge), and fallen debris blown off of shrubbery, flower beds, patios, decks, walkways, and driveway. Included, at no cost to the customer, is a full inspection of the gutter system and roof for any potential problems. Though repair issues may be discovered and repairs recommended, no additional repair work that would increase the price of the gutter cleaning service will be performed unless specifically authorized, approved, and permission by the customer or one of his or her agents is given. This service will be automatically provided on a regular schedule based on the number of gutter cleanings you sign up for at the price that correlates to that specific schedule at the address listed above. The customer will pay in full at the time of service completion if the customer is home. All payments are due upon job completion. To keep our low prices we do not offer a billing option for annual gutter cleaning service. The approximate next service date is based on the original date of service unless otherwise specified and requested by the customer. The customer will receive at least 2 phone calls and/or email as a reminder before we send out a service vehicle. The customer has the right to examine the services upon completion and has fifteen days in which to notify Ace Gutter Cleaning of any concerns or problems based on the quality of our gutter cleaning service.
Ace Gutter Cleaning warrants that the gutter cleaning services listed above will be performed in a satisfactory manner in accordance with our normal practices. If the customer is unsatisfied they may contact Ace Gutter Cleaning management and a follow-up service call will be scheduled at no cost to the customer unless additional services, not listed above, are performed. The customer may cancel this service at anytime; however, if a service vehicle is dispatched based upon this agreement, and service is cancelled at the house, the customer agrees to pay an eighty-five dollar ($85.00) trip charge even though no service was completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us if moving or to request a change of address and/or a cancellation of service; otherwise service will continue on this schedule at the above address until Ace Gutter Cleaning is otherwise notified, and the customer agrees to pay all charges associated with such service.
